Deposit Term & Conditions

30% of the total payable will be required to secure the wedding date. The balance is required to be paid 2 weeks prior to wedding date. The deposit is only refundable for clients who have had a trial and choose to not pursue the booking, notice of 24 hours after trial is required with atleast 6 months notice before the wedding date. Please be aware after this time frame your deposit is non refundable.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made within 2 months of reserved date or the client will be liable for payment in full of services agreed.

In the unlikely event that IZZY-HAIR AND MAKEUP has to cancel. A suitable replacement will be provided and deposit will be refunded in full.
